Terms of service

Le nostre tariffe comprendono:

   * Vettura
   * Autista a disposizione
   * Pedaggi autostradali
   * Carburante
   * Assicurazione passeggeri
   * Un' ora di attesa in aeroporto per gli arrivi, dopo la quale verranno addebitate le ore      successive (€ 25,00 a ora).

Le nostre tariffe non comprendono:

   * IVA aliquota 10%
   * Supplemento festivo e notturno
   * Eventuali pasti e pernotti dell'autista
   * Permessi ZTL
   * Parcheggi
   * Traghetti
   * Ticket ingresso città (ove richiesto)

Metodi di pagamento:

   * Contante
   * Carte di Credito (Visa, MasterCard, PostPay, Visa Electron)

   * Pago Bancomat
   * Bonifico bancario

In caso di disdetta:

La disdetta del servizio di autonoleggio verra' accettata fino a tre ore prima per i transfers in citta', e fino a dodici ore prima per i transfers fuori citta'.Alle disdette pervenuteci oltre i tempi previsti o in caso di mancata disdetta verra' applicata una penale pari al 50% dell' importo del servizio stesso.

    * Drivers available
    * Toll roads
    * Fuel
    * Passenger insurance
    * An 'hours of waiting at the airport for arrivals, after which the hours will be billed later (€ 25.00        per hour).

Our rates do not include:

    * VAT rate 10%
    * Supplement holiday and night
    * Any meals, accommodation of the driver
    * Permits ZTL
    * Parking
    * Ferry
    * Ticket entering the city (where required)

In case of cancellation:

Withdrawal from the car rental service will be 'accepted up to three hours prior to the transfers in the city', and up to twelve hours prior to transfers outside the city. 'At the time than we have received cancellations or in case of no cancellation will be' applied a penalty equal to 50% of the 'amount of the service.
